3M 7600-T-3G Series cold shrink QT-III termination kit with high-k stress relief is designed for three conductor type "G" copper tape shield and armored cables. It measures 3.300 Inch outer diameter x 12 Inch. Kit includes a cold shrink silicone rubber breakout boot assembly, a cold shrink silicone rubber jacket seal assembly, a tinned copper ground braid assembly, a 3/4-Inch roll Scotch ® super 33+ vinyl electrical tape, a 1 1/2-Inch roll Scotch ® vinyl electrical tape super 88, a constant-force spring, a roll Scotch ® electrical shielding tape 24, a cable cleaning preparation kit CC-2 and an instruction sheet.
It also contains three silicone rubber phase re-jacketing sleeve assemblies, three cold shrink silicone rubber termination assemblies, three constant-force springs, three 1/2 Inch x 10 Inch semi copper foil shielding tape 1181 strips and eight strips Scotch ® mastic strip 2230.
Cable termination kit is ideal for 5 kilo-Volts cable with 4/0 AWG-350 kcmil conductor size and 8 kilo-Volts cable with 3/0 AWG-350 kcmil conductor sizes. It is perfect for 15 kilo-Volts cable with 1/0 AWG-4/0 AWG conductor size. Kit has basic insulation level of 110 kilo-Volts. It is compatible with 1/0 AWG, 2/0 AWG, 250 kcmil, 3/0 AWG, 300 kcmil, 350 kcmil and 4/0 AWG conductor sizes. Cable insulation has 0.92 Inch outer diameter. Cable insulation ranges from 0.70 - 0.92 Inch. Cable has 3.30-Inch O.D. It is ideal for indoor applications. It meets IEEE standards.
3MÖ Cold Shrink QT III 7600 T 3G Series Termination Kit includes a non skirted, 3 phase termination. It ensures a pliable, tight seal for tape shield, wire shield and UniShield« power cables. The silicone rubber sealing compounds allow the termination to withstand voltages of 5 to 35kV.
