InterPlay Adenoviral C-Terminal Vector, part of the InterPlay Adenoviral TAP System, combines Agilent’s unique tandem affinity purification system with our e x clusive adenoviral gene delivery system for enhanced gene delivery to a broader range of mammalian cells, higher protein yields, and improved purification and analysis of endogenous interacting protein partners.
This tandem affinity purification (TAP) method combines purification of a protein comple x of interest using affinity purification tags with subsequent mass spectrometry identification of unknown protein comple x components. Performing two consecutive purification steps using affinity purification tags that have gentle washing and small molecule elution conditions allows for isolation of e x ceptionally clean proteins without disrupting the targeted comple x .
