T h e RM5000EX series is a fully electronic, microprocessor controlled communication and security system for up to 56 total stations, in multiples of 8. This system has been enhanced with hardware and software - to bring the typical security features that are found on the larger CB901EX series system. The same advanced Crisis Alert features are now implemented in the RM5000EX.

The system features fast access communications, 56 line positions, master to master, master to remote, remote to master - any combination you can ask for. The system has three (3) conversation links, hands-free and confidential calls, T-button for manual control of speech direction, microphone mute, privacy, camp on busy extension, program distribution, all-call, seven (7) group calls, meet-me on all- and group calls, data transmission for remote control, 10 direct dialing keys on master stations, direct access to control room masters, personal queue for incoming calls, up to seven (7) hunt numbers for each station, audo-dialer for use with telephone interface, event log printer RS232 interface and video switcher RS232 interface.

The RM5000EX can be connected to other RM5000EX central exchanges and the larger CB901EX central exchanges using Interlinks.
