Capture and print images with this easy to use system for basic gel documentation. Users can observe fluorescent gels via the unique viewport window. The window blocks UV and allows researchers to safely see the gels when illuminated by the UV transilluminator. The high resolution 10.0 megapi x el digital camera* captures brilliant color images. Print 4 x 6" lab quality prints to the color printer included with the system. Images can also be saved on the camera's memory card. Capture images up to 21 x 26cm. UV blocking viewer window allows you to easily and safely see the gel on transilluminator.
This stand alone system does not require a computer; however, it is possible to connect to a PC with a USB cable for downloading images to the PC.
This easy to use system is designed to replace Polaroid camera systems.

Gel Tray: UV transmitting tray can be used for moving gels to the transilluminator. Tray protects transilluminator filter surface from scratches.
Converter Plates: Position the plate over the filter area of the transilluminator. UV to White Light Converter Plate converts the UV to white light for viewing protein gels, Coomassie blue stained or silver stained media. Convert 302nm to 365nm with the part number 38-0325-01 which is e x cellent for preparation and gel cutting work. The 38-0200-04 plate converts 302nm UV to 460-470nm Visi-Blue light for use with various stains including SYBR Green, SYPRO Orange and GFP.
LCD Monitor: 5.6" monitor connects to the Photo. Doc-It for viewing gel images prior to saving the images. The high resolution screen displays the brilliant color gel images taken with the Photo. Doc-It.
