The Beverage Air HBR12HC-1 Horizon Series Refrigerator is a reach-in single section refrigerator perfect for use in the back-of-house for refrigerated items. This refrigerator offers 12.06 cu. ft. of easy to access storage.
The interior is made from stainless steel which is easy to clean and easy to maintain. Food items are organized with four heavy-duty epoxy-coated wire shelves. The sturdy stainless steel door features an easy to grasp anti-microbial handle providing an additional layer of sanitation. The door has a self-closing feature to prevent it from being left ajar and a 120º stay open feature for easy access with both hands. A plug-in magnetic door gasket ensures a positive seal to save on power costs.
Cooling is provided by a bottom-mounted self-contained refrigeration system with a HP compressor offering 1010 BTU/hr of cooling potential. The epoxy-coated evaporator in this model makes sure that a temperature between 36ºF and 38ºF efficiently and reliably. Full electronic control keeps power consumption and stress on the refrigeration system at a minimum. This unit defrosts automatically with a non-electric system to eliminate downtime while maintaining peak efficiency. To meet all environmental regulations R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant is used.
This refrigerator is easy to move into and out of place thanks to the 6” casters. When in use the locking casters at the front prevent it from moving about. The unit comes prewired from the factory with an 8-foot power cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug set to easily connect it to a standard outlet with 115v/60/1-ph power.
