The VACUUBRAND MD4C NT Synchro oil-free diaphragm vacuum system provides powerful oil-free vacuum for two independent applications, such as rotary evaporators, gel dryers or other common lab tasks. Compact and whisper-quiet, it builds on the popular MZ2C NT diaphragm vacuum pump.

Perform More Work. VACUUBRAND pumps are engineered for performance, with flowrates as much as 40% higher at working vacuum levels than competitive pumps with similar free air capacity ratings. The MD4C NT Synchro has an ultimate vacuum of 2Torr (3mbar) with open gas ballast, for superior performance with condensable vapors.
Flow Control for Two Different Applications . The MD4C NT Synchro vacuum system has two vacuum ports, each with manual flow control. Check valves isolate each port from each other to minimize interference or backflushing. An inlet catchpot collects vacuum line condensates to preserve vacuum pump performance, and an outlet condenser allows the recovery of solvent vapors that pass through the pump.
E x cellent Corrosion Resistance. The integral MD4C diaphragm vacuum pump of the MD4C NT Synchro vacuum system features PTFE diaphragms and a fluoropolymer flowpath for e x cellent corrosion resistance. Catchpots are made of borosilicate glass. Many applications do not require a cold trap.
Quiet, Trouble-Free Operation. The MD4C NT Synchro operated near ultimate vacuum is whisper quiet, with sound pressure levels comparable to a quiet, face-to-face conversation. The integrated VACUUBRAND diaphragm has typical sercice intervals of 10, 000-15, 000 operating hours, with no oil to monitor or change, and no oil mist.
