The series comes with (CPXH) or without (CPX) heating, and are completely programmable for automatic operation. Digital timers have a set cleaning cycle of up to 99 minutes.  Branson’s new power tracking feature maintains consistent ultrasonic power even when conditions change in the bath.  The high / low power controls help protect delicate components such as precision instruments. Built in temperature sensor prevents overheating and automatically shuts off heating and ultrasonics when temperature exceeds 70°C and heater adjusted from 20° to 69°C.
The CPXH heated unit also has an automatic ultrasonic activation feature. When the process temperature reaches the programmable set-point, the ultrasonic cycle begins. This includes selectable timers, for both degas and ultrasonic processing.
Both models have degassing which can be set up to 99 minutes which is used for sample preparation.
Cleaners with 0.5- and 0.75-gallon capacities have a pour spout, while1.5, 2.5, and 5.5 gallon cleaners have a quick-disconnect drain. All units feature recessed 304 stainless steel tanks surrounded by a leak proof polypropylene housing, and a splash and spill-resistant sealed membrane control panel.   CSA- and UL-listed, and meet CE standards.
