Ventilator has built-in adjustable thermostat for automatic operation at desired temperature level. It has mesh bird screen that provides natural air ventilation. It offers airflow of 1020/760 cfm and is suitable for an attic up to 1460 sq. ft. Ventilator is HVI certified.
