Ventilator has built-in adjustable thermostat for automatic operation at desired temperature level. It has mesh bird screen that provides natural air ventilation. The 23-gauge metal flashing allows hot tar and nailing application. It is easily roof mounted between rafters with the installation template. It offers airflow of 1600 cfm and is suitable for an attic up to 2285 sq. ft. Ventilator is HVI certified.
