Item Details BUG O Systems Universal Bug-O-Matic Unit with automated height control offers three planes of movement to enhance the welding quality and is ideal to use with a variety of carriages and rails to suit your welding needs. Unit with a weave width of 0.1 - 2.0" provides a linear speed of 3 - 70 IPM and a weave speed of 4 - 100 IPM and features an accurate oscillator for a uniform weave pattern. It can be steered 2" left or right of center and offers 0.3 seconds dwell time to both left as well as right side. The travel speed is maintained at a constant rate by the drive motor and the height controller is used to maintain a constant tip to the work piece distance. It has a remote control that allows the operator to start/stop welding and also to steer the welding tip from 10' away. The rack and pinion drives provides precise travel speed. The lockable digital dials are used to avert the accidental adjustment and also display the numeric value for the settings.
