Hubbell Electrical / Burndy Type Y-R Reducer adapter is designed to permit wide range of conductors and offers maximum conductivity, ductility and long lasting corrosion resistance. It is made of tin-electro-plated copper for high conductivity with low resistance and better corrosion resistance. Adapter can accept 250 kcmil - 4/0 AWG conductors and is rated with operating voltage of 600 - 35000 Volts at 90 deg C for feasible operation. It provides maximum conductivity low resistance and ductility for an excellent combination of electrical and crimp forming properties. Adapter is RoHS compliant.
