These CBS Scientific Midi Horizontal Systems are ideal for the separation and identification of DNA fragments, RNA fragments, PCR products, and synthetic oligonucleotides. They feature a removable platinum electrode cassette that provide rapid sample velocity and clear focused bands without smiling. They are made high quality, heavy duty construction with a 3 year warranty.
All gel trays are winged for easy handling meaning no more sticking fingers into slippery buffer to extract gel tray. Combs are printed with catalog number and thickness for easy identification. Tapered baffles allow easy in situ gel formation with or without gel tray.
Choose from 3 gel bed sizes (W x L, cm) and 2 kit/package options - 10.5 x 11, 14 x 10, or 14 x 16. The 14x16 model (EF19322/EF19325) runs up to a full microtitre plate (108 samples) per gel.
