Chemstir 24 volt Brushless DC motor features high torque, compact size, and no maintenance. Brushless gear-motor is for use with 10L thru 100L process reactors. Must be used in conjunction with a CG-2033-B-50 digital display controller. The motor faceplate bolt pattern mounts directly to Chemglass CG-1965-X and CG-1968-X style reactor support frames.
Digital Controller
Chemstir Digital controller for use with CG-2033-B-25 brushless DC electric motors. Controller features a mini USB port and an RS232 port for control or data logging of RPM and torque. USB or RS-232 port allows the motor to be used with optional R x nHub Reaction controller and software package for reactor automation. A large RED LED digital readout for viewing either RPM or torque. The 3 turn dial permits control to 1 RPM. Controller is equipped with closed feedback circuitry which continually monitors the shaft rotation speed to maintain precise RPM control even with viscosity changes and the motor is reversible.
Free Kemnet Software:
Software allows motor and controller to be connected to a PC for speed control and data logging. End user can monitor and graphically see torque trends and RPM.
