Heavy duty 19mm stirrer bearing for use in stirring large volumes under high torque. Bearing has a tooled lubricant NOTE: NOT FOR USE WITH CG-2087 or CG-2088 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.
STIRRER BEARINGS, 19MM, HEAVY DUTY, JACKETED, Similar to CG-2082 but with a water jacket to control bearing temperature. For use in moderate vacuum with a CG-2084 or CG-2085 precision ground 19mm OD stirrer shaft. PLEASE NOTE: NOT FOR USE WITH CG-2087 or CG-2088 PRECISION GROUND AND POLISHED STIRRER SHAFTS.

Eliminates Flask Breakage:

• PTFE is the only contact in the lower radius of the flask, therefore breakage due to dropping the stirrer shaft has been eliminated.

Eliminates the Frustration of Assembly:

• Unique design permits the proper amount of tension to be applied to the blade, thereby preventing the blade from flipping over to the incorrect side during insertion into the flask

Special PTFE blades are not required. Design permits use with any PTFE stirrer blade with the keyhole shaped cutout for 10mm or 19mm shafts
Available in both Ground and Polished styles.A 19mm OD precision ground stirrer shaft with our patented** Chem-Stir blade attachment system. Shaft (C) has been manufactured with a ring at the lower end to permit attachment of the blade (B) with a PTFE nut (D) and bolt (A). Shaft is supplied complete with PTFE nut and bolt set. The top end of the stirrer shaft is reduced to 1/2" (12.7mm) to fit into a CG-2046-03 universal adapter while the unground length varies to accommodate different flask capacities.
PLEASE NOTE: STIRRER BLADES MUST BE PURCHASED SHAFTS ARE NOT TO BE USED WITH ANY TYPE OF PTFE BEARING. FOR POLISHED SHAFTS USED WITH PTFE BEARINGS SEE CG-2087.PLEASE NOTE: 19MM SHAFTS HAVE A REDUCED DIAMETER TOP SECTION THAT IS 1/2"OD, PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN SELECTING THE PROPER SIZE COUPLING.
