Protein L chromatography column

Hi. Trap Protein L column is packed with Capto L resin. This resin combines a rigid, high-flow agarose matrix with the immunoglobulin-binding recombinant protein L ligand, which has a strong affinity to the variable region of antibody kappa light chains.
The high binding capacity and affinity to a broad range of antibody fragments makes this resin an excellent capture platform for antibody fragments containing kappa light chains. Common uses include domain antibody, sc. Fv, and Fab purification.Successful use in published research

  • Characterization of a human colorectal cancer MDR1/P-gp Fab
