Eaton / Cutler Hammer 2-Pole 3-Wire Non-fusible double throw disconnect switch is rated for voltage of 240 Volts and current of 60 Amps. Quick-make, quick-break operating mechanism helps for easy and fast switching operation. Nameplate of the switch is addressed in three languages for easy identification. It is constructed from corrosion resistant painted galvanized steel for durability. Visible ON/OFF embossed red color indication signals switch operation. Tangential knockouts on bottom wall and concentric knockouts on side/rear allows access for cable/conducting wires. Door and switch interlock option prevent access in to the switch during ON condition. Lockable door hasp and handle options prevents unauthorized use of switch.
The 1-Phase switch uses palm fit red color switch handle for easier operation. Factory installed solid neutral is supplied with switch for providing safer operation. It measures 10.8 Inch x 9.63 Inch x 14.77 Inch. Rounded shroud terminals of the switch can easily accommodate 60/75 deg C temperature rated copper and aluminum wire. It is suitable for service entrance use if neutral kit is installed and is used as a manually operated switch. It is suitable to use on a circuit capable of delivering not more than 100, 000 rms symmetrical current. It has an interrupt current rating of 100 kilo-Amps at 240 Volts. It is used for residential/commercial/industrial applications. Disconnect switch is UL listed.
