Captures and removes contaminants at the source by collecting and filtering smoke, dust and odors. Perfect for use during applications such as: soldering, heat bending, wire stripping, dental grinding, solvents, mixing powders and chemicals. Extractor arms are constructed of heavy duty, chemical abrasion and heat resistant polypropylene with flame retardant characteristics. Arm reach is 36" to 53". Slotted inlet covers can be used for backdraft/ downdraft pickup. Cover options include 6" deep full hook and/ or partial hood and two intake limiting covers. Hoods are acrylic and attach with magnets.
Extract-All System comes standard with a 2-ply polyester ring panel prefilter and a filter hold down grid. Primary and primary/final filter must be ordered separately.
Choose Thomas No's 5165V16, V19, or V22 for most grinding or sanding dust from mixing chemical powders and smoke from chemicals, light welding or similar applications. For soldering fumes and other applications that contain lead or other pottentially hazardous fumes, choose Thomas No's 5165V25, V28, or V31. If your application is primarily for solvent fumes, touch up painting or other appllications with high gasous odor content use Thomas No's 5165V34 or V37. Velocity at extractor arm inlet is 1900-2900 FPM and at grated inlet 130-150 FPM , dependent on the filter. Dimensions: 12 1/2"W x 12 1/2"H x 19 1/2"D.
