*Pluronic F-127 is a nonionic, surfactant polyol with molecular weight around 12, 500 daltons. Pluronic F-127 promotes solubilization of water-insoluble dyes and other materials in physiological medium.
Pluronic F-127 is most commonly used to disperse the acetomethyl (AM) esters as well as cell tracer dyes such as CFDA-SE.
