PEROX say is suitable for quantifying the level of protein damaging pero x ides in biological solutions, measurement of lipid pero x idation of low density lipoproteins and liposomes and monitoring protein glycation. The PEROX say assay is designed for microtiter plates, but can be scaled up for use with 1ml cuvettes. PEROX say - LIPID permits the quantification of pero x ides in the presence of lipids without the need for e x traction steps.
