Hammond 1-Phase Buck boost reverse connectable transformer is ideal for commercial building use and in a variety of applications. It is provided with two copper primary/secondary windings and wire lead for reliable operation. It provides the highest quality electrical performance and is more efficient. Transformer features encapsulated design that enclose the core and coil in a NEMA 3R non-ventilated weatherproof steel enclosure to seal out all moisture and air. It is standard wall mounted for easy and comfort installation. Dry-type transformer is cooled by normal air ventilation.
Transformer is designed using 130 deg C insulation system with a standard 80 deg C temperatures rise. It measures 3.750 Inch x 5.250 Inch x 7.250 Inch. It has input voltage of 120 x 240 Volts and output voltage of 12 x 24 Volts at 50/60 Hz. It features average sound level of 36 db. It has a power rating of 0.05 KVA. It has a k factor of 1 to protect against transformer overheating caused by harmonics. Buck boost transformer is UL listed and CSA certified.
