The printed inks meet the fire safety standards of the IFC (International Fire Code) and also meet the requirements of UL969 for high reflectivity and durability
Hellermann Tyton Pre-Printed solar label has "INVERTER OUTPUT CONNECTION" legend written in black letters on orange/white background. It is made of vinyl material with adhesive for long outdoor life. It measures 4.120 Inch x 0.750 Inch. Label sticks for both powder coat painted surfaces and baked enamel surfaces. Label comes with UV laminated for protection against harsh environments. It can withstand a temperature rating ranging from -40 to +174 deg F. Label is UL listed and meets NEC, IFC standards.
HellermannTyton pre-printed Solar Installation labels are designed to meet the requirements of the 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC 2014) and the 2012 International Fire Code (IFC 2012) as well as being acceptable to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). Labels are made with durable UV stable materials and adhesives that are designed to stick to both baked enamel and powder coat surfaces. Where applicable, labels are made using reflective materials for first responder safety. Some pre-printed labels are printable using a thermal transfer printer when variable voltage or series data must be printed and displayed. Type is IOCOD and Color is Orange (OG).
