Product Overview

The UU504030 is a solid door Enclosure provides outstanding protection against corrosion and the elements. The clean lines and moulded embossed design of ULTRX™ fibreglass enclosures make them the most stylish and aesthetically pleasing of their class. It features hidden hinges, a padlocking capability for security and flexible internal mounting options. The compression-moulded fibreglass material has excellent temperature and chemical resistance qualities and exhibits outstanding physical properties, including high-impact resistance. Exterior surface painted with light-grey acrylic enamel for enhanced UV protection. Optional steel panels are painted white and optional stainless steel, aluminium, conductive and composite panels are unpainted.
  • IP66, NEMA/EEMAC-3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12, 13 Protection rating
  • Fiberglas is easily punched, drilled, filed or sawed
  • Seamless foam-in-place gasket assures water-tight and dust-tight seal
  • Enclosure rotated 180° for left and right hinging
  • Moulded-in drip shields are standard with each enclosure
  • Impact-resistant polycarbonate window is permanently bonded in place
  • Fiberglas mounting brackets and stainless steel attachment screws
  • Door hinges are replaceable
  • Type 316 stainless steel quarter-turn latch
  • Moulded-in DIN bosses
  • Moulded bosses on door provide additional mounting provisions
  • Integral mounting rails provide infinite panel adjustment front to back
