This industrial portable air conditioner is designed for economical spot cooling in industrial plants, server rooms, hospitals and offices especially where electrical equipment creates a heat load. Portable air conditioner relocates using casters, 2 swivel with brakes and 2 rigid. Water Cooling ACs are ideal for industrial applications and offer lower installation costs. Eliminates need for vents and ducting; requires access to a circulating water system, such as a cooling tower or chilled water supply (Tap water should not be used). Includes a high-pressure pump (20' of head pressure) to remove condensation and are designed to operate 24/7. Requires hard wiring. ETL listed. Optional High Pressure Line Set easily attaches to a chilled water supply for constant water feed to water cooled air conditioner. This product has a limited warranty of 1 year.
The Model KWIB2411 (nominal 2-ton or 23, 500 BTU) is the smallest water-cooled unit possible in size and capacity in The Iceberg Series, KwiKool's Flagship Line of portables. All Iceberg Series KWIB water-cooled units require access to a circulating water system, such as chilled water. Using tap water for water-cooled models is not recommended except for temporary applications.
The KWIB models are equipped with a self-regulating internal water regulating valve, which is rated up to 150 psi. The KWIB2411 runs on a standard 230-volt/20-amp circuit with automatic restart after a power failure. The unit comes with an internal high lift condensate pump and a 5-gallon exterior condensate tank with float activated unit cut off for short term use.
