Leviton 1000 Series 4-Wire 3-Phase Three element meter utilizes highly accurate current transformers for revenue-grade performance. It has secondary solid core current transformer having 0.3% accuracy. Split core current transformer accommodates all installation/construction phases and eliminates the need for a meter multiplier. Solid core current transformer has wires that can be quickly threaded through the core.
The split core/solid core current transformer offers high quality/long term accuracy/reliability. It has color-coded labels to easily identify correct line/load orientations. Sub-meter has an installer-friendly feedback feature. It has a red reverse phase indicator that acts as an installation diagnostics tool and illuminates if a meter is improperly installed. It has a load indicator that keeps a check on the functionality. It has a green light that indicates the collection of electrical consumption data at the appropriate rate. It has a large LCD display that shows kilo-watt hour, optional peak and instantaneous kilo-watt with demand reset. It is equipped with isolated pulse output and RS-485 serial port/modbus RTU.
Sub-meter has a current rating of 400 Amps and voltage rating of 277/480 Volts. It has indoor type enclosure made up of durable JIC steel. It can be surface mounted. It is ideal for load profiling/benchmarking and AMR/BAS/BMS/EMS integration. Sub-meter is also used for usage aggregation/tenant cost allocation/measurement/verification. Meter conserves energy and has reduced cost that makes it perfect for green building initiatives and government mandates. Sub-meter meets ANSI/UL/cUL/NEMA standards.
