Leviton Ultrasonic ceiling sensor in white color finish is constructed from rugged, high impact resistant injection molded plastic for durability. It operates at a frequency of 40 kHz and can cover up to a distance of 1000 . It fills the room with continuous reflective high frequency sound wave to check for any change in original emitted frequency for turning ON the lighting system. Sensor is interfaced with BAS, HVAC and any dry contact capable device using 1 Amps current, 30 VAC/VDC rated isolated relay contact. It has green color for calibrating sensitivity and black color knob for adjusting time delay manually.
Sensor is used in cafeterias, restrooms, storage rooms, workspaces, hallways and other confined spaces. It has an internal microprocessor to automatically analyze, evaluate and adjust time delay from 30 seconds - 30 minutes. It uses 24 Volts rated Class 2 three wire connection for power supply and connectivity. Sensor has twist lock attachment for offering 360 degree of rotation and flexibility. It saves learned and adjusted setting in protected memory to overcome loss of previous status during power outage.
Sensor has green color U/S motion technology LED for indicating operation status. It requires 15 - 28 VAC/VDC voltage, 30 milli-Amps current for operation and is supplied through OSP series or other Class 2 power pack. It operates within a temperature range of 0 - 40 deg C and used in place that has relative humidity within 95%. Sensor is ceiling mounted at a height of 8 - 12 ft.
