Item Details Lincoln Electric Idealarc DC-1000 Multi Process Welder Machine is specially designed for semiautomatic and automatic welding applications. 500 A Output connections provide enhanced arc characteristics for submerged arc and MIG welding procedures. The welder features a single-range control for precise output control and easy operation. Weld consistency is maintained, even with line voltage changes of +/-10% with the help of line voltage compensation. The welder is provided with a standard analog ammeter and analog voltmeter for convenience. It is provided with a mode switch that is used to select the desired output characteristics for the process being used. It has a power start/stop push button that switches with pilot light. It features a 115 V wire feeder auxiliary power with 1000 VA capacity. Auxiliary power is fuse protected for added safety. It has a recessed front panel that safeguards operating controls. Internal components such as windings, rectifiers and circuit boards are provided with coating to reduce the effects of moisture and corrosion. The welder has removable side panels for easy access to internal parts.
