Item Details Lincoln Electric K227-1 LT-7 Lincolnweld Submerged Arc Tractor Style Automatic Wire Feeder is designed for the submerged arc process with track system capabilities. Self-propelled mechanized wire feeder has vertical head lift adjuster for adjusting electrical stick-out from 1/2 - 5". It has weld angle up to 50 deg from vertical on either side and drag angle is up to 30 deg from vertical. Control box is conveniently located on the tractor and exceptional tracking control and self-steering allows operator free for quality control, joint cleaning and flux handling. The rugged, lightweight unit allows quick movement to the next joint and its compact size fits through small openings, confined spaces. It is perfect for the ship and barge building, storage tank erection, bridge deck installation, beam, long seams on heavy weldments and girder or column fabrication applications. 27 1/2" X 33" X 14" Wire feeder feeds 3/32 - 3/16" solid wires, from 100 - 400 inches per min wire feed speed and calibrated tractor drive adjusts travel speeds from 6 to 70 inches per min.
