Item Details Lincoln Electric Cougar 300 A Air-Cooled Push-Pull Gun with 25' cable features a 0.035-0.0625" wire dia and has a lightweight pistol grip that offers great comfort. Gun is ideal for MIG, pulsed MIG processes, aluminum welding and the potentiometer is provided that allows you to make accurate wire feed speed changes. Operator comfort is increased by the integrated system flexes and the recessed gun trigger reduces accidental breaking. The duty cycle is rated at 60% and the expendables can be interchanged to minimize parts stocking. The slip-fit dual groove drive rolls has a D-contour that avoids spinning and the abrasion resistant cable cover avoids power cable chafing. The cooper contact tips enhances the heat dissipation for increased tip life and the PosiSeat gun barrel locking nut helps in preventing gas leaks.
