XpressDNA Plant kit overcomes the highly challenging conventional procedure for DNA isolation from plants with our innovative patented magnetic nanoparticles technology. It ensures quick and easy plant genomic DNA isolation from various plant species and tissue types like leaf, dry seeds, germinated seeds, seedling, stems and roots. The need for the use of organic solvents is eliminated reducing several processing steps keeping the integrity and purity of DNA intact. Our optimized protocol enables recovery of high-quality DNA ready for further downstream applications and metagenomics. DNA yield ranges between 1μg - 23μg per 100mg of tissue sample.
