It includes 18 numbered lockout holes for easy identification and 1 front latch operations lock. There is a gasketed key slot to drop keys into a removable cup that creates a clear, impact-resistant window on the front, for visibility to secured keys. Included on the box is a rewritable tag that can help specify procedures or communicate machine information by using a permanent marker and then wiping clean with isopropyl alcohol when completed. The corrosion-resistant box has drain holes on the bottom to help limit liquids from accumulating inside. Its stackable design facilitates storage and simplifies transporting multiple boxes. Replacement removable key cups and rewritable tags are sold separately. Suitable for group lockout applications as part of a comprehensive OSHA-compliant lockout/tagout safety program.
