Space-savings storage containers are easy to fill, stack, and load so they are great for multi-trip applications. FDA hot-dipped galvanized steel cage is consistent with Food Code requirements in non-direct food contact environments. Containers are designed for storage of both hazardous and non-hazardous contents. Pallet base construction is steel and plastic for durability and structural integrity. Each container includes inner storage tank made from HDPE natural plastic with UV-blocking additive. 2" butterfly valve with durable, synthetic fluorocarbon rubber gasket included. Top fill cap has a 6" diameter with 2" bung. Complete unit is UN approved -UN 31HA1/Y.
The Department of Transportation regulations require that the filler or offeror for shipment determine hazard class, packing group and suitability of the packaging for transportation including compatibility with the materials of construction and any gaskets, coatings, lining and surface treatments and service equipment. Further it is the shipper's responsibility to close each container according to the manufacturers' closing instructions.
