Item Details Handler 140 MIG Welder with H100S2-10 MIG gun and 10' leads is used to weld on auto body, household repairs, heavier farm projects that require extra welding power. Welder has an industrial cast aluminum wire that delivers great arc performance and the 5-position voltage control allows you to fine tune for a smooth, stable arc on all thickness. Polarity changeover can be done conveniently and it has a dual-groove quick change drive roll. Welding machine features a sloped control panel and offers a wire fire speed of 50 - 740 IPM. The single phase welder requires an input power of 115 V, 60 Hz and produces a rated output of 90 A, 18.5 V DC with a 20% duty cycle. The output is ranged from 25 - 140 A and wire range is rated at 0.024 - 0.035" for solid wire, 0.024 - 0.030" for stainless steel, 0.030 - 0.035" for flux corded and 0.030" for aluminum. The welder measuring 12 3/8" X 10 5/8" X 19 1/2" contains a built-in gas valve, regulator and gas hose, power cord with plug, 10' work cable with clamp, sample spool of 0.030" self-shielded flux corded welding wire, 8" wire spool adapter, extra 0.030" contact tips, weld set-up and parts information chart.
