ZellShield is a ready-to-use agent for protecting cell cultures from a broad range of common contaminants such as bacteria, fungi, yeast and mycoplasma. The protective effect is based on a combination of novel antibiotics without significant side effects. The application of conventional antibiotics such as penicillin, streptomycin, nystatin etc. is not necessary. ZellShield can be used routinely as additive directly to the medium to safeguard your cell culture.
