All Pure•Amp tubes, strips and plates are made of medical grade heat-resistant polypropylene. All Pure•Amp products are PCR certified and are guaranteed to be free of RNase, DNase, DNA, pyrogens, endoto x ins and PCR inhibitors. Pure•Amp PCR tubes and strips are available in ten different configurations, including single tubes, eight-strips, 1mL, 2mL, dome caps and flat caps. New frosted tubes and white tubes have been shown to increase fluorescence signal strength by 2 x to 3 x in qPCR applications. All Pure•Amp tubes, strips and plates are made of medical grade heat-resistant polypropylene.
