HiCap neutralizing broth is the first collection broth developed specifically for use in the food and beverage industry as an alternative to traditional collection broths. The polyurethane sponges included with each bag are nontoxic and do not contain biocides. Unlike the wet cellulose manufacturing process, there is no need to include biocides to control microbial growth during the polymerization process.
