NSI Torkreg; EWZ Series 1-Channel DPST Multi-purpose 7-Day astronomic time switch finds its application in outdoor signs, lighting security and heating and air conditioning. It is designed to preset to 20 ON/OFF set points for individual programs daily with a minimum time setting of one minute. Switch with adjustable 10 - 60 deg northern or southern latitudes can be individually offset to +/- 1 - 240 minutes from both sunset and sunrise times. It is has automatic daylight saving feature to reduce energy cost. It is provided with manual override for continuous automatic operation. It has AM/PM clock format for easy time reading. It has NEMA 3 rain tight plastic housing for added safety.
Time switch has super capacitor to provide four days of real time backup. It has a voltage rating of 120 - 277 VAC at 50/60 Hz and line frequency to obtain timing accuracy. Time switch has 8 - 16 AWG wire terminals for easy connection. It consumes a maximum power of 6 VA. It operates in the temperature range of -40 to 65 deg C.
