The base then connects to a desk phone. The result is professional communications. Using DECT instead of Bluetooth reduces spectrum density caused by too many devices using the same bandwidth. The base also acts as a charging cradle and has clear LED lights to indicate status, mute, battery level, and more. The H20 wireless headset has all the great features of the H10 with the addition of USB to allow direct connection to desktop soft phones.
