Schneider Electric / Square D Pumptrol® Adjustable differential pressure switch is used to control electrically driven water pumps and air compressors. It has a 9013GS pressure sensor of size 80 psi with 30 - 50 psi setting value. Switch has rugged cast aluminum enclosure for added durability. It has a nitrile diaphragm pressure actuator that operates from any position. It regulates between two thresholds. The four-terminal block switch is furnished with 5.261 and 10 AWG screw-clamp terminals for electrical connection. Switch has an adjustable rising pressure range of 20 - 80 psi at 20 - 40 psi approximate adjustable differential.
Switch with two NC, Form YY, DPST-DB, snap-action contact type for high conductivity. It provides cable entry through two conduit entries for 3/4 inch -14 NPT. It has an adjustable differential scale type for internal settings and a 0.25-Inch NPSF internal fluid connection type. Switch is compatible with 1-Phase motors rated at 1.5 kilo-Watt at 115 VAC, 3-Phase motors rated at 2.2 kilo-Watt at 115 VAC, 1-Phase motors rated at 2.2 kilo-Watt at 230 VAC, 3-Phase motors rated at 3.75 kilo-Watt at 230 VAC, 1-Phase motors rated at 3.7 kilo-Watt at 460 VAC, 3-Phase motors rated at 3.7 kilo-Watt at 460 VAC, 1-Phase motors rated at 3.7 kilo-Watt at 575 VAC and 3-Phase motors rated at 3.7 kilo-Watt at 575 VAC.
Switch operates at a rate of 10 cycles/minute and provides electrical durability of 100000 cycles at 10 cycles/minute with mechanical durability of 300000 cycles. It measures 8.46 Inch x 5.38 Inch x 7.13 Inch. It is included with a type gG, 20-Amp cartridge fuse for short circuit protection. Switch has a destruction pressure of 100 psi and gives a repeat accuracy of +/-3%. It operates and allows to store at a temperature of -33 to 257 degree Fahrenheit. Suitable for pressure control or monitoring of water pumps, compressors, agricultural/irrigation water systems, molding presses, injection molders, grinding machines, machining centers, complex and special machines. Switch is NEMA 4 and IP20 rated for use in hazardous locations. Switch is UL listed, CSA certified and meets CE/NSF ANSI standards.
