Schneider Electric / Square D Motor controller uses Modbus communication protocol for fast interfacing, addressing and data transmission rate. It has control circuit voltage rating of 100 - 240 VAC, operational voltage rating of 93.5 - 264 VAC and operates within current rating of 1.35 - 27 Amps. It has six logic inputs and 1 NO + 1NC fault signaling, 3 NO discrete output for connecting peripheral devices. Controller is used for TeSys T high performance motor management system. It requires 4-Amps and 0.5-Amps current rated GG fuse for protecting output/control circuits from short circuit/overload voltage. It consumes 56 - 127 milli-Amps current at 50/60 Hz for operation.
Motor controller accommodates 24 - 14 flexible and solid cable through 0.5 - 0.6 Nm tightening torque connectors for control circuits. Impulse withstanding voltage rating for controller is 6 kilo-Volts. It is rated for insulation voltage of 690 Volts and withstands short-circuit current of 100 kilo-Amps. Input current for controller is 3.1 milli-Amps at 100 Volts and 7.5 milli-Amps at 240 Volts. It operates at input voltage rating of 0 - 40 Volts for state 0 mode and voltage rating of 79 - 264 Volts for state 1 mode. Maximum operating frequency of controller is 2 Hz and operates at a speed of 1800 cycles per hour. Response time for controller is 25 milli-seconds for faster operation.
Motor controller operates within temperature rating from -20 to 60 deg C and stored within temperature rating of -20 to 60 deg C. It measures 91 mm x 122.5 mm x 61 mm. Controller offers fire resistance at 960 deg C and has shock resistance of 15 GN, vibration resistance of 1 GN. It provides resistance of 8 kilo-Volts to electrostatic discharge, 10 Volts/meter to radiated fields, 4 kilo-Volts to fast transients and 10 Volts to radioelectric fields. Motor controller is UL listed and CSA certified.
