Precision Series High Capacity
The FBk series ranges from 200lbF (1kN) with a resolution of 0.05lbF (0.2N) to 10, 000lbF (50kN) with a resolution of 2lbF (10N). The FBk is an affordable, fully configurable force gauge designed for a wide range of tension and compression applications. The force gauge is intuitive and easy-to-use with logically arranged user menus and ready for out-of-the-bo x use, no complicated configuration or setup. USB, RS232, and microSD allow for easy PC connectivity and data management. The FBk digital force gauge is rugged and ergonomic with an auto rotating backlit LCD display which automatically adjusts to the orientation of the unit. The FBk includes all essential force measuring modes such as Peak, Multi Peak, and Standard (Real Time).
Every function is optimized with statistical analysis, onscreen graphs, and a histogram. Easy-to-use Pass / Fail threshold settings makes this force gauge ideal for quality control applications. The FBk series is equipped with four powerful and easily removable batteries which keep the unit charged up to 32 hours. The force gauge is overload protected up to 200% at full scale, and equipped with a used-capacity-indicator which shows the amount of capacity used during force measurements. The unit is supplied with heavy duty swivel bearing joints designed to protect and secure the e x ternal loadcells against uneven and rapid movements.
