Precision PRO Series High Capacity
The FCk series ranges from 200lbF (1kN) with a resolution of 0.05lbF (0.2N) to 10, 000lbF (50kN) with a resolution of 2lbF (10N). Premium design and superior performance make the FCk ideal for even the most demanding tension and compression applications. The FCk guarantees utmost accuracy and productivity with ultra-fast 1000Hz real time sampling and data capture. Loaded with hardware features such as built-in wireless, e x pandable microSD memory card, USB, RS232, and an I/O output port. The analog input-output allows to connect e x ternal peripherals such as Pass / Fail buzzer, light signalization, or an e x ternal trigger switch. Peak and Multi Peak modes are enhanced with configurable features such as peak detection sensitivity, measurement time delay, force trigger, auto zeroing, and automatic data storing.
Every function is optimized with statistical analysis, onscreen graphs, and a histogram. The force gauge is overload protected up to 200% at full scale, and equipped with a used-capacity-indicator which displays the amount of capacity used during force measurements. Backlit auto-rotate display automatically adjusts to the position of the force gauge. E x cellent battery life with four powerful and easily removable Ni-MH 2700mAh batteries. The unit is supplied with heavy duty swivel bearing joints designed to protect and secure the e x ternal loadcells against uneven and rapid movements. The FCk offer utmost fi x ability and increased productivity with the loadcell interchangeability feature which allows users to use multiple e x ternal loadcells with one force gauge indicator. Ideal for applications that require multiple result resolutions and capacities.
