Springer Controls | MERZ Enclosed Reversing Switches are used to control a motor with forward and reverse settings. Some common applications of reversing motors are boat lifts, lathes, and conveyor belts. PCE-MERZ is a global leader in power switching devices. MERZ has been producing the most reliable, most resilient switches since 1946. All of these reversing switches are UL approved and CSA listed. The reversing switches come enclosed in an IP 65 rated enclosure. An IP 65 rated unit, when installed, is dustproof and protected from low pressure water jets (rain) from all directions. Springer Controls | MERZ Enclosed Reversing Switches are available in 20 amp or 40 amp rated models. These models are available with a choice of a padlockable disk handle or a levered handle. Maintained-position and spring-returned switches are available. Please reference the Motor Rating chart to pick the right switch for your reversing motor.
