Stains for glycogen, mucin, fungi, and basement membranes in under 25 minutes. Optimized Schiff’s Solution serves as the primary stain, producing pink to red basement membranes, fungi, glycogen, and mucin against a green background, counterstained by light green. If Hemato x ylin is used as a secondary stain, nuclei is rendered blue. 100ml Stain Kit yields between 80 and 100 slides. Pint Stain Kit yields between 320-500 slides. Slide Yields assume ma x imum slides stained per run, ma x imum runs per use. Actual Slide Yields may vary. 100ml Kit Consists of: Optimized Schiff's Solution Pint, 0.5% Periodic Acid Solution 100ml, Light Green Counterstain 100ml and Modified Mayer's Hemato x ylin 100ml.
Pint Kit Consists of: Optimized Schiff's Solution two pints, 0.5% Periodic Acid pint, Light Green Counterstain pint, and Modified Mayer's Hemato x ylin pint.
Liter Kit Consists of: Optimized Schiff's Solution 2 Liters, 0.5% Periodic Acid Solution Liter, Light Green Counterstain Liter and Modified Mayer's Hemato x ylin Liter.
Gallon Kit Consists of: Optimized Schiff's Solution 2 Gallons, 0.5% Periodic Acid Solution Gallon, Light Green Counterstain Gallon and Modified Mayer's Hemato x ylin Gallon.
