The STORM INTERFACE access control keypad is a self-contained, 2-door access control system. It incorporates proven STORM switching technology to ensure rapid, reliable, and responsive data entry, and is rated for continuous use in outdoor or indoor locations. Impact resistant and sealed against water and dust to IP65. Keypad recognizes up to 50 user-programmed 4-, 5-, or 6-digit entry codes to allow access through a locked door. Entry codes can be programmed to release the lock for a limited time before it automatically relocks. Alternatively, codes can be programmed to permanently release the lock until an authorized code is reentered to relock. Features timed lock out for “code hacker” resistance, remote exit switch facility, hidden entry code, PIN code entered under duress alarm, forced door alarm, timed lockout for repeated invalid code input, antitamper alarm, fail (open) fail (closed) option, and LED and audible tone status indication.
