ValuLine E x tended Storage Desiccators provide the strength and durability of Terra’s other desiccator lines for long-term storage requirements that don’t demand frequent parts access. These cabinets are also ideal for general-purpose storage applications where recovering a low-humidity condition after opening a door is not critical.

Terra’s ValuLine E x tended Storage (ES) Desiccators combine low cost and strength for operations that don’t require rapid recovery of critical low-humidity setpoints. Add the optional Smart control module (order information below) for automatic RH set-point maintenance.
Designed for use with a nitrogen purge, a desiccant, or simply for clean storage, these cabinets feature heavy-duty chrome-plated hinges and reinforced doors with closed-cell gaskets for a long, reliable service life. E x pansion latches provide a positive seal without internal scraping caused by rotary-style latches. The closing mechanism is positioned outside the cabinet to keep stored materials clean.
Economical acrylic models provide strength and full visibility of stored parts. For applications that require wipe-down with alcohol or other strong cleaning agents, choose chemical-resistant static-dissipative PVC, which also protects stored samples against electro-static discharge (ESD). By safely removing surface charges, it also eliminates particle attractions and enhances cleanliness.
