labForce Sterile Amber HDPE Wide Mouth bottles are made of high quality HDPE raw material, and produced in a Class 100, 000 grade cleanroom production environment with multiple quality system certifications. Made from natural HDPE, which is non-bioto x ic, these bottles have e x cellent physical and chemical properties, are highly resistant to leaks, liquid impact and acids, resistant to low temperatures of -40°C and meets the requirements of autoclave processing. Amber bottles are resistant to organic solvents and ideal for storing photosensitive substances. DURABLE UNIFORM WALL THICKNESS Blow-molded with no seams, the advanced molding technology ensures that the bottles have a more uniform wall thickness, resulting in high quality walls to prevent breakage or puncturing of the bottom, and a flat bottom for smooth running on the filling line. CLEAN AND STERILE labForce sterile HDPE bottles are free of DNase, RNase, protease, and e x ogenous DNA/RNA, and are non-pyrogenic. Sterilized by electron beam irradiation . LEAK-PROOF DESIGN labForce bottle closures, made of polypropylene, are designed with a liquid-proof mouth so that repeated opening and tightening will not affect the sealing performance of the bottle. The sealing ring inside the closure fits snugly against the bevelled inner edge of the bottle neck to form a leak-proof valve to ensure the closure is sealed.
