Use Welch DryFast diaphragm vacuum pumps for tough applications requiring chemical resistance. DryFast’s Advanced Vapor Management controls vacuum for precise distillations using handy adjustment knob. Oil-free pumps are quiet and durable with PTFE and perfluroelastomer contact surfaces. DryFast pumps are designed for efficiency and easy maintenance, with top vacuum performance using only 1 or 2 pumping heads (model dependent).
Model 2014 is a chemical duty diaphragm vacuum pump with e x cellent flow. Economical 1-head design. Use Model 2014 for vacuum filtration up to 2 funnels, rotary evaporation of volatile solvents (35° evaporation for atmospheric B.P. solvents to 80°C), and other routine laboratory vacuum processes requiring chemical resistance.
Models 2034 & 2044 DryFast models delivery 9 torr vacuum for rotary evaporation of solvents with B.P. up to 110°C at atmospheric pressure. Use Model 2044 for larger evaporation flasks up to 10L.
Models 2032 & 2042 DryFast models delivery 2 torr vacuum for rotary evaporation of solvents with B.P. up to 160°C at atmospheric pressure. Use Model 2042 for larger evaporation flasks up to 10L or small vacuum oven applications generating chemically aggressive vapors.
Models 2037 & 2047 are high flow DryFast models for lab vacuum applications requiring chemical resistance - vacuum manifold filtration, vacuum ovens, and laboratory automation.
