Product Overview

The 21D83M-843 from White Rodgers is a single-stage/HSI integrated furnace control replacement kit. It is an OEM replacement kit that simplifies installation and ensures peak system performance. The kit has 50A66-843 which is an automatic gas interrupted ignition control that employs a microprocessor to continually monitor, analyse and control the proper operation of the gas burner, inducer and fan. These controls incorporate system fault analysis for quick gas flow shut-off, coupled with automatic ignition retry upon sensing a fault correction. Replaces Lennox models. It features diagnostic indicator flash codes, 3 fan speeds, remote flame sense, humidifier and electronic air cleaner connections (optional).

  • Maximum input current at 25VAC is 0.45A
  • Valve relay of 1.5A at 25VAC 50/60 Hz, 0.6pf
  • Ignitor relay of 2A at 120VAC, 50/60Hz (resistive)
  • Inducer relay of 2.2 FLA to 3.5 LRA at 120VAC
  • Circulator relay of 14.5 FLA to 25.0 LRA at 120VAC
  • Operating temperature range from -40°F to +175°F (-40°C to +79°C)
  • Humidity range from 5% to 93% relative humidity (non-condensing)
  • Natural, manufactured, mixed, liquefied petroleum and LP gas air mixtures are approved gases for use
