Keep your home cool and comfortable with this high quality 14 SEER air conditioning system which is designed for mobile homes and manufactured homes. The A/C system consists of the outdoor air conditioning condenser, indoor uncased evaporator coil, and 30 ft. line set, and is designed to be used with a new or existing gas or electric furnace - available separately. The condenser features a scroll compressor, easy internal access, and is charged with enough R-410A refrigerant to accommodate 15 ft. of line set. Top air discharge design and compact cabinet size are great for multi-unit placement outdoors. The matched, pressure tested indoor evaporator coil comes from the factory filled with dry nitrogen. The 30 ft. line set includes a 3/8 in. liquid line and 3/4 in. insulated suction line, and can be cut to length based on the installation application. All systems are AHRI Certified and CSA approved. Final connections from line set to coil and condenser, and system start-up must be done by a certified technician.

  • Sweat mobile home air conditioning system consists of the outdoor condenser, indoor evaporator coil, and 30 ft. line set and requires a new or existing gas or electric furnace, available separately, for operation
  • Condenser is factory charged with enough R-410A refrigerant for 15 ft. of line set; longer line set length requires proper charge to be added in the field by a qualified technician
  • The outdoor condenser has a scroll compressor which is protected internally by a high-pressure relief valve and temperature sensor, and externally by the system high pressure switch; the liquid line filter-drier is factory installed to protect the compressor against moisture and debris
  • The uncased evaporator coil has liquid and suction line connections with a 90° bend which is designed for mobile home and manufactured housing installation applications; this allows the refrigerant line to be connected inside the cabinet of the furnace
  • The A/C system does require a furnace or air handler to operate and circulate the air throughout the home, and may be matched with the properly sized WINCHESTER WEFC series electric furnaces available separately
  • Should the installation require a return air coil box housing with filter, the optional WRAF-01, is available separately
