Water detection when liquid makes contact with probe. Place contacts above floor level to prevent false floor condensation for water constantly, requires two positive checks for a new valid alarm. For proper operation, model WBTX must be used in conjunction with an alarm system. It is designed so that the transmitter (figure 1) mounts on a wall or other flat vertical surface, and the sensor(figure 2) is placed in the location where water leakage is most probable. Mount to wall surfaces (vertical) as well as floor surfaces (horizontal) using screws or adhesive tape included.
